The Shuffleton Factory Five Racing Cobra Website

September 5

The plan was quite simple, get the Cobra setup as best as we can for getting painted. These are the few pictures we took over the past weekends.

First on the list was getting the Cobra ready for the bosy. Really just needed to finish the wiring and install the driver footbox, which is one temporarily. Back panels went on easy as well the cool body mounting rubber.

The first two pictures arejust after we put the body on. Went quite well, grabbed a couple of frinds and on she went.

This Friday we went up to a local race track and rented a trailer from someone so we could pack her up for the trip up to Tri-state to be painteed by Mike Mack.
The next couple of Pictures are the night before the trip and one last picture of the unique name on the front of our Cobra. Last two are the bad boy coming down the trailer for the short trip (across the parking lot) to Mike's place to be painted.

We gave Mike most of the stuff involved with the doors and hood for him to fit to the baby. Unfortuatly he's quite busy now and we are looking at 4 weeks plus before we get her back! So now we wait. I'll let you know if anything interesting happens in the mean while. Mike recommended a computer for the Cobra that is programmable that I might look into. Shounded quite interesting.
