In Memory of Larry Eckert

We’re saddened to report the loss of an old friend. Larry Eckert worked with us from 1986 until his retirement, as vice president, in 2002. He passed away suddenly last week. He was a genuinely nice man who was never at a loss for a funny story, and the laughs usually came at his own expense. He will be sorely missed.

Larry’s surviving relatives live out of state and no local services are planned. If you wish to pay your respects, a contribution to the SPCA or other animal welfare organization in his memory would be fitting, for Larry was a lifelong dog lover.
