Congratulation to Chris Carlson, our Chief Structural Engineer for being recognized as President of the ICRI Baltimore-Washington Chapter for 2011. During Chris’s term, the chapter was recognized by the National organization as an Outstanding Chapter among 36 chapters worldwide. The Baltimore-Washington Chapter is the largest and most active in all of ICRI (international Concrete Repair Institute) and celebrated their 20th anniversary last year. Chis is currently serving as Past President having previously served as a Director, Secretary, and Vice President on the Board. He has served on the Board for six years.
